A Swiss pilot has filed a lawsuit with the District Attorney of Basel/Switzerland and the International Criminal Court (ICC) in Den Haag against Lufthansa subsidiary Swiss, alleging that the airline has endangered flight safety.
The airline industry keeps detailed records of distress signals pilots can communicate with. I.E. Mayday" is used in the most urgent life-threatening situations, while "pan-pan" indicates urgent situations that are serious but not life-threatening.
The most well-known code is „sqwak“ 7700. This is used to indicate an emergency of any kind. A pilot will enter this code when in an emergency. This will inform all tracking ground controllers that the aircraft has a serious issue on board and should be given appropriate assistance.
The number of such serious emergency calls based on (crew) “medical emergency“ increased by 386% in correlation with the vaccination campaign, which is astonishing since pilots and flight attendants are supposed to be fit and undergo regular physicals. Interestingly, the US Federal Aviation Administration** (FAA) has lowered the ECG requirements for pilots. The question is whether this is related to the mRNA vaccination campaign. Many pilots from airlines across the board have had their licenses revoked for medical reasons after receiving this medical substance.
The Swiss Pilot
A Swiss pilot has filed a lawsuit with the District Attorney of Basel and the ICC against Lufthansa subsidiary Swiss, alleging that the airline has endangered flight safety*. The plaintiff contends that Swiss has ignored all publicly available reports of side effects and continues to require its employees to be vaccinated, which endangers flight safety and is relevant under criminal law for various other reasons. According to the plaintiff's attorney, the case is moving slowly, with many departments delaying their responses. Warnings have been issued to the departments responsible for handling the case. According to the plaintiff, the destinations served by Swiss no longer require a coronavirus vaccination, the reason for the mandatory vaccination no longer applies, and the vaccination is no longer operationally necessary for the staff, the plaintiff argues. Swiss even canceled flights in January 2022 to avoid using unvaccinated personnel, even though in January 2022 there were only two countries in the world that still required passengers to be vaccinated upon entry.
The plaintiff is correct that there is no longer any justification for the mandatory vaccination of flight crews. Nevertheless, Swiss has been dismissing unvaccinated employees in droves, officially due to a drop in revenue caused by the pandemic.
Flights, especially long-haul flights, are known to pose a particular risk to thrombosis patients. People with DVT should take precautions when flying, such as wearing support stockings or taking blood thinners. The new coronavirus vaccines and long-haul flights are known to increase the risk of thrombosis. There has also been an increase in heart disease and sudden death among people following the mRNA shot.

Injuries in aviation following COVID-19 vaccination are occurring; data is not being vigilantly collected or reported. We have a growing list of anecdotal post-vaccination injury reports from staff across the airline industry. One of the most worrying things is when flight deck crew don't talk about medically important conditions because they're afraid they'll lose their license.

Something you might be unaware of: Pilots and Cabin Crew are generally exposed to toxic fumes during their time onboard (bleed air). These fumes can contain nano-particles, VOCs from various chemical substances, specifically organophosphates (OP), pesticide/insecticide sprays and residue, flame retardants, carbon monoxide, and more. All in all, up to 317 different chemical substances many of which are endocrine disruptive, fertility damaging, or carcinogenic have been detected.
You may also want to read up on vaccination and thrombosis in connection with OP and CO exposure and intoxication. It is well known that thrombosis (DVT and PE) can be a risk factor. Adding anything that can increase the risk of blood clotting and enhanced inflammation, as the mRNA "vaccines" have been proven to do, might not be such a good idea. (Update May 2022 →) The blood-clotting condition cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT), which can cause serious neurological damage, is significantly associated with mRNA Covid vaccination, a major study in the leading medical journal "Vaccines" has found. CVTs were commonly reported in patients (mainly in Europe and America) aged 18-44 and 45-64 years - an age when aircrews are most active and have been flying for a long time.

Moreover, several respiratory issues experienced by crew include allergic asthma, heart issues, pneumonia, and chronic bronchitis and are positively correlated with OP exposure. Exposure to oil, hydraulic, and other supply air pollutants that enter the aircraft breathing air during normal and abnormal flying conditions is supported by a large body of literature including the Bradford Hill approach to Aerotoxic Syndrome (©source). There is evidence of a persistent, diffuse pattern of negative consequences in certain passengers and flight crew.
Certain compounds are deemed harmful to fertility or hazardous for reproduction. Several pollutants are categorized as human carcinogens or probable carcinogenic. In the Harvard Flight Attendant Health research conducted from 2014 to 2015, 5,366 flight attendants were shown to have a 34%–66% higher risk of female reproductive malignancies, including breast cancer, as compared to 2,729 control subjects. Aircrew surveys revealed higher rates of cancer, particularly brain tumors called glioblastoma multiforme. These studies supported the possibility of an occupational association by finding greater rates of exposure to oil fumes through the aircraft air supply.

For example: Squawking 7700 is not rare since pilots choose to do so for any emergency that requires swift assistance. In late December, a British Airways Airbus A320 returned to London Heathrow due to technical issues, with passengers reporting a burning smell in the cabin. The landing was precautionary and all safely returned to the origin airport.
Example: In November, an American Airlines Boeing 787-9 diverted to Glasgow while flying from Frankfurt to Dallas-Fort Worth. Once again, passengers noted a strong burning odor from the cabin, and the pilot requested an immediate landing at the closest airport, which was Glasgow.

Why am I not surprised? The airline industry of course, due to its nature, is at the forefront of vaccine-damaged/risked employees being 'unable' to meet safety standards in their job.
